Vintage Sasson Safari Dress

Purchased as dead stock 70s 80s Sasson Safari dress Always a little small on me so never worn but couldn’t let go of till now Sleeves can be worn long or rolled up with button strap attachment. Dress has attached belt Vintage sizing 8/9 but based on measurements, full skirt and elastic waist on backside - I estimate would best fit S-M but pls see pics of flat lay measurements to determine sizing
