Stunning midi length strapless ice blue dress. Gorgeous sequined appliqué at the bust. A-line silhouette. Tulle skirt with petticoat for added volume. Bodice has boning and zips up the back with gorgeous large bow. Color is very light silvery blue, super gorgeous color.
