Vintage Saturated Floral Blouse by Top Notch

Vintage Top Notch blouse with front button placket, three quarter balloon sleeved, swing silhouette. There’s no size on this, but the pit to pit measurement is 24” and shoulder to hem is 26.5”. The top is designed to drape, so there’s a quite a bit of latitude in terms of fit. Bought at a vintage store, because I was entranced by how vibrant and rich the colors were.
