Vintage 60s/70s flaired sleeves dress SAX FIFTH AVENUE the New York Circle maxi floral dress. Wide flowing sleeves fluttered shoulders with v overlapping front and v neckline. Zipper back w/ waist ties streaming from the empire waist high sides and v neckline. Dress skirt and bodice is linned (two layer thick) and sleeves are more see through with only one layer. Lovely floral blue, green, yellow, coral with a cream base. Antique sizing, like a modern day XS/S Bust- 36” Waist- 32” Length- 56”
