Vintage Scooter Paris Large Drop Earrings Clip On

Vintage Scooter Paris Clip on large drop earrings. Purchased from Nordstrom 1980’s-early 90’s. Some tarnishing but still very wearable. I’m not sure if the metal type. Needs new clip pads and could use tightening of clasp. Thanks.
