Vintage Seafoam dELiA*s Sequin Tulle 50s Dress 1/2

AMAAAAAZING 1990s does 1950s dELiA’s fancy dress done in aqua seafoam tulle netting with matte tonal sequins at the bust and hem. Strapless with sweetheart neckline and gathering at empire waist. This dress is ADORABLE and would be perfect on someone very petite. It is in wonderful condition except for a couple of small spots in the front (may come out with a spot treatment? I’m not sure - see photos). Tulle, zipper, hook & eye closure and sequins are all intact. A true gem of a dress! Bust approx. 32”, total length 26”.
