Vintage Seed Pearl and Gold Choker Necklace

Bought about 20 years ago at the Jewelry shop in the Ritz Carlton Marina Del Ray for $1200. This is an estate piece so it was not new when I bought it. Real black and white seed pearls. The clasp is gold as well as 14 karat gold beads surrounding the black pearls but the wiring for the pearls is not, and where the wire meets the clasp it has tarnished slightly (see pics) Has a small gold tag attached to clasp that says ‘Mayfair.’ Bridal Bride Valentines
