Vintage Seiko 90s Classic Ladies Dress Watch Roman Numerals

Vintage 90s Seiko classic gold-tone dress watch. Watch features a gold-tone case and white dial with Roman numeral indices. The dial is marked, "Seiko Quartz" and "Mov't Japan, V700-6311 HR 1" at bottom edge. The case back is marked, "Seiko, St. Steel + Base Metal, V700-6091 RO, 090447." The watch case measures approx. 26mm across excluding crown, and watch with Seiko lizard embossed strap measures approx. 8 1/4" (max wrist size of approx. 6 1/2"). Watch is in good vintage condition with a scratch-free crystal and light scuffs / scratches to the case and case back. The Seiko lizard embossed strap is in good condition.
