New with tags! I purchased it from a thrift store but the tags attached say it was $290.00 new. Im 5’3 and this comes down to the tops of me knee Beautiful High Neck and Aqua Blue color Tag says 8 but fits like a Size Small 2/4 Dress is excellent vintage condition. No rips or tears except for a few missing beads and threads but not noticeable while wearing
