Vintage Sequin Top Blue Prom Dress 1997 XS-S

This dress is very unique with a high collar, Asian inspired front and a form fitting shape. Dress is zip up the back and in overall good condition. Could use a dry clean but you could freshen it up at home as well. Small discoloration in armpit of one sleeve. Fits a size 1-5 best but please see measurements.
