This Vintage Serbin designed by Muriel Ryan house dress is in excellent condition. Serbin Fashions was founded in Cleveland Ohio in mid 40’s and moved to Miami Florida in 1951. The company was famous for the Shirtwaist Dress. Muriel Ryan designed for Serbin Fashions for many years in Miami. This dress is lightweight with an absolutely amazing pattern accented with pink giraffes, peacocks and butterflies . There is one very light stain on left elbow ( see pic ) No rips , holes or odor. Please look at all pics . Tag was cut off so size is by measurements. I’m a med and it fits me comfortably Armpit to armpit 20” shoulder to bottom 41” sleeve length 21” please look at all pics
