Octagonal bases are hard plastic and surrounded with plastic wreaths of holly, pine branches and poinsettia flowers. Color representation may vary per device. They both work great! They just plug in and light up, they don’t have an ON/OFF switch. Small 5 Watt light bulbs size C7.5 required. Not included. Candlesticks without light bulbs measure about 9.875” tall.
