Vintage Set of 3 Royal Worcester Evesham Gold Ramekins - Made in England - Circa: 1961 – 2015. Royal Worcester’s Evesham Gold Pattern was introduced in 1961 as the beginning of a new trend for more informal dining that was to bring the humble casserole dish from the kitchen to the dining table. Evesham, named after the local fruit-growing region near Worcester, was Royal Worcester’s best-selling brand of the late 20th century. These ramekins feature a sprig of blackberries with tan colored leaves on two sides and two green olives with a toothpick running through them on the other two sides. They also have a gold band around the top. They are stamped on the bottom. Each measure approx. 3 ¼” Diameter x 1 ¾” H. Capacity is 4 oz. The ramekins are perfectly sized for single serve portions. Ideal for mini cheesecake pans, custard cups, dip bowls and bar snacks like nuts and olives. Beautiful and durable, these ramekins will impress friends and family at dinner parties and holidays. They are in overall excellent condition.
