Vintage Sewing Basket Victorian Rose Hinged Fabric Lid and Handle

Vintage sewing basket in cornflower blue with handle and Victorian style rose print plush cotton fabric lid. The material of the basket weave is a durable rope like jute but I don't know if they're natural or synthetic fibers. The inside of the basket is lined with lilac satin. The lid has two pouches. In good vintage condition with the following flaws: The velcro tab that holds the lid closed is frayed. The fabric of the tab and bow are dingy. The plush top has lost most of its squish and the fabric has some fading. There used to be a mirror glued to the inside of the lid which is missing. One of the small feet is missing. Measures 6.5" tall and 10" square. The inside of the basket measures 9" square. Thanks for looking :)
