Vintage Shalom Madrid Boutique Modas Leather tunic vest 60s

This one is not like the others in my closet! My husband found this at an estate sale. It is truly vintage, you can see from the one inside photo that it is in 'old' condition :) But the outside seems excellent condition to me. The leather styling with accented waist, buckles in front and back, trim, is very flattering and stylish for that 60s and 70s vibe. No size tags so do note the measurements pictured. My daughter thinks it is a sm or med. In very bright light it almost looks midnight blue to me, but in the closet (and until today) I definitely thought it was black in other lights. Front pockets. Could be for men or women.
