Buttons on both cuffs and down the front.
In excellent Vintage condition. Left arm has a little yellow streak on it, but its not noticeable.
I just HAD to have this when I saw it, and have never worn it.
The tag says it is 100% cotton but it feels like a jean jacket. Really heavy.
