I have my Grandma's coat that looks like that. She bought her's in the 50's at Federal's Department Store. Her's I believe is Beaver. Root beer brown, silk lining, cuffs with elastic around the wrist and flannel pockets.

@wayofthegoddess I have my mother's coat almost EXACTLY like this... She bought it for herself when she was 19. She's 84 now!!! I'm sure the coat look just the same as when she bought it! They wear like iron. My sister wrapped me in it when I was a baby!!!!😀
