Vintage Sheen dress with gold buttons size 18 but listed size 16. This dress will transport you back to the '80s. All red with gold buttons and a white handkerchief in the top pocket. Stops at the knee depending on height. It does have shoulder pads and a defined waist. No stretch. Don't like the white handkerchief. Just remove it when you get it.
