Late 90s/early 2000s vintage. Slight cowl neckline, sleeveless, bias cut (I believe). Very flattering and on trend right now. Size medium, fits true to size. Made in India. Seems to be in excellent condition, I noted a minor stain at bottom, but I couldn’t find it when taking photos.
