Vintage Sheer Raw Hem Dress Floral

A gorgeous vintage dress in a tan fabric with clusters white and blue tulip pattern, with a V front and back and pleated skirt. There are very small ruffles around the armholes and a raw, slightly asymmetrical/jagged hem—seems like a previous owner might have cut it themselves. Not noticeable when worn and raw hem has no loose threads. No tags but the polyester feels like 70s or 80s to me. Fits closest to a modern S-M. Waist measures 12" unstretched, 37" length, 19" bust.
