Vintage Sheer paisley button down blouse

Victoria’s Secret had a clothing line branded Moda International they their catalogue, in early 2000’s. It was cute, delicate stuff. Like sheer, or thin cardigans. Slacks (pants), even cuter swimwear, etc. This top has zero signs of wear. Super cute. Vintage now (2000-2002), kept forever, hung. Like new. One-of-a-kind now. I have another with the same story from Express, white lace instead. See closet.
