Hi. Before I had my son, I used to wear S on top but it depended on the clothing line or brand. Now, I believe I wear a size 4 or maybe even a 6 on top.
This jacket belonged to a woman who used to work for Yves St Laurent but the sizes she wore ranged from small to large lol...
This jacket is 17" shoulder to shoulder;
14 1/4" from Pit to Bot of Jacket.

Yes, it fits perfectly except in the front bec my boobs and my belly remained a little bigger after giving birth. I'll send you the armpit to armpit measurements shortly.

ha ha.. well I am 75 and my oldest is 45... so I think I cant use that as an excuse... I just measured 3 jackets that fit me... they all seem to be 19 inches across the back just below the armpit

while you are measuring.. can you measure the emerald green clip ons... I do not have pierced ears.. I love vintage but only small, delicate, high quality and COMFORTABLE clip ons!

So from armpit to armpit, it's 18 1/4" and the earrings are 1 1/4" in diameter. The earrings are pretty comfortable but not sure if they are small enough for you. They each have a rubber backing on the clip that makes it more comfortable to wear. I also have a pair of heart-shaped clip on earrings with green crystals. They are smaller than the round clip ons. I'm going to wear them for a while to see how comfortable they are. Will sanitize and clean them afterwards!

Actually, just measured armpit to armpit across the back like you suggested and I got 19". Earlier, I didn't measure across the back.
