Vintage Shiny Maroon Business Jacket

True Vintage- early 90's, Unique shiny Maroon/Deep Plum, Business Professional, structured button up Suit Jacket by Private Eye- with sewn in shoulder pads (pictured), deep front pockets (pictured) and maroon buttons. 100% Rayon dry clean only Size Large. My mom bought this Private Eye brand jacket in NYC - it was made in Brooklyn NY. The shape of this vintage classic is very flattering and powerful. It is in good - but not perfect pre-loved condition. I pictured a few little stains from bleach residue being in the washer. As we didn't have a lot of money... Ever- my mom did not dry clean only this item and instead washed it in a normal cycle- woops. I think I pictured all the little faded spots - both lower sleeves, slight fading under the pits, and under one of the buttons - but I may have missed a few faint discoloration spots. I examine all my garments carefully and do my best to hand wash any little spots I can remove. These little lightened spots are not that noticable unless you get right up close. You will notice a variation in the tone of the garment. I did not edit the colors of these photos- I literally just moved it in slightly different lighting. Colors can be like that y'all. Sometimes the garment looks almost metallic maroon, and sometimes it looks very deep plum. It's versatile! This sharp professional jacket was worn infrequently and kept in a garment bag.
