Vintage Shirt Trench Coat Easy Wear by Zero King size 42

This is a vintage trench coat I bought a few years ago. Has 4 button pockets on the front. Has adjusting cuffs, split in the back, has belt loops but no belt. I asked when I bought it but you could find something really unique was a belt. I don’t know much about it, person I bought it from didn’t know much either. I never wore it. I’m thinking it has to be from the 60s maybe early 70s I can’t say for sure. I think it’s men’s it says “42” on the label. I’ve laid a yard stick down for measurements.
