Shoe Boot by Ball Band stylish black vintage waterproof rubber boots size 7M. Size may run small. Lined with what appears to be cream/natural colored wool. Made in the USA. Popular in 1950s. There is very little wear and some small scuffs. These boots would be super cute with a dress or leggings. They would also be great for walking commutes to work in the rain or winter.
