@edips good morning, yes, I would say pretty true to size. I typically wear US 7.5 and although I can get my foot inside, it’s a tight/uncomfortable fit. If it helps, the outsole measures 10” tip toe to very back of heel and the insole measures 9.25” from tip toe to very back of heel :)
