Like new condition. Only one previous owner, my husbands great aunt. Navy blue with swirl print. Short-sleeves, elastic waist, button-down top. Thin, soft, lightweight polyester. No size tags but looks to be a modern Woman's size 2 or 4, or a petite size 4 or 6.
