Vintage Sierra West jeans

I think these are incredibly cute. I love the embellishment of the ribbon with the fringe. They have a bit of a flared look to them. And they are high waisted. The pant opening is about 8 1/2 inches. The inseam is about 29 1/2 inches although they say they are a size 14 the waist is only about 27 inches. Seems like about a size 4. The rise is 12 inches.
