Vintage Signé Incognito Printed Midi Skirt

A beautiful vintage skirt. 28” waist. From my research this is a brand from Switzerland in the 80’s. This skirt features a lot of beautiful details. There are pleats giving the skirt fullness. It buttons all the way down the front. There are side slits on both sides. It is fully lined. See close up for the print. A gorgeous find!
