This ART MILK Glass White Enamel brooch features 3 small floral clusters that form a bouquet, with 3 long white enamel leaves. It's a 3 inches long brooch that looks beautiful in both Winter and Summer clothes. It's vintage and in excellent condition. Mode-Art was a jewelry company founded in New York City in the late 1940s and it was owned by Arthur Pepper.
