Vintage Asian Bird and Floral Painting on Silk Signed and Framed. Vintage Japanese Silk Bird Painting from 1940’s-1950’s. I purchased these from the estate of a VERY wealthy world traveler located in Tryon, North Carolina which now houses the World Equestrian Center. I’ve had a few with far more knowledge take a look at these to confirm they are original paintings and Japanese. I’ve done some research on the signature but I have only found very similar signatures, not the exact. I have two of these available from the same artist and collection. I am selling them separately but happy to combine and bundle if you are interested in both. The paintings are flawless and downright STUNNING. The wood frames have a bamboo look and texture to them that has been given an antiqued look. The only flaw to note is that some of the backing has torn of the finished frame.
