Vintage Signed DCE Curtis 14kt GF Unique Bird & Blue Crystal Necklace

This necklace is 14 karat gold filled and is signed DCE Curtis on both the chain and the pendant. It features two birds in flight with a trio of flowers with blue crystal centers. They could pass for either aquamarine or sapphire. The clasp seems to be missing from the chain, but the loop still hooks without it and functions, see photos. The necklace is 16 inches long.
