Very pretty dress Saint Pierre New York from pre 1990s. A lot of designer details: offset diagonal buttons up the front left of center, silk neck bow detail is attached and can be worn multiple ways from undone to wrapping tighter; buttons at the wrists with tapered sleeves. Slip on style. Lightly Elasticized band at waist has lost some stretch, meant to be belted. Belt sold separately not original to dress.
