Vintage thrifted Navy Halter Dress with a classic silhouette - feels like 100% silk. Size medium, 6-8. The fabric is soft and luxurious, perfect for special occasions or a chic evening look. Crossover front with an asymmetric tie neck halter, straight skirt. Would be super cute tailored into a top (which would also address the discoloration mentioned below. . The dress has been hemmed for a tailored fit and features a faint discoloration on the skirt that I think could be easily refreshed with garment dye (unnoticeable at night). The only tag indicates "dry clean only."
