Beautiful cocktail dress with plunging v neckline and v back. Ruching at waist and shoulders. Labeled size 4, but vintage sizes may be smaller. Waist measurement is 12 in laid flat, length shoulder to Hem is 38 inches.Small flaw by side zipper. would be easy to repair with needle and thread. See photo.
