Vintage Silk Pencil Skirt

Beautiful silk vintage pencil skirt with no stains, rips or flaws!Vintage size 8, approximately modern day size 2-4.Skirt is navy with Kelly green bows and subtle, shiny navy bows in the background. Measurements laying flat (approximate): Waist- 13 inches Length- 26 inches I really wanted to make this skirt work for me since it’s in such perfect condition but I am closer to a modern day size six and I could zip it but it was too sight around my waist. Better suited for someone sizes 0-4.
