Vintage Silk Qipao Dress Mid-Century Hong Kong

Mid-century custom-made Silk Qipao dress. Unlined This beautiful piece of history was custom made in Hong Kong for an Air Force General's wife. Procured from her grand-daughter, this beautiful dress has been lovingly preserved and is ready for a new life. The craftsmanship on this piece is impeccable and is showcased on a standard US Womens 4/6 dress form. Right side zip closure with 6 hidden snaps that run along the front right and up into the collar. Collar secure with a hook and eye and there are two decorative ribbon buttons to complete the look. There is one area in the right sleeve where the stitching has come loose. This is a custom vintage piece. There are no size tags.
