Vintage Silk Short Sleeve Blouse Anna & Frank M Lime Green

Vintage 1980s short sleeve button up. 100% silk with nice fabric covered buttons. Color is very vibrant and summery. True to the era it has shoulder pads, but they could easily be removed and that would give the top a looser, more drop shoulder look. Size medium. Hand washed and ready to wear. Excellent condition.
