Fabulous vintage purple and orange 100% silk scarf. Perfect for tying around your neck like a neckerchief or cravate with a leather jacket, or use as a pocket square. Not sure if it's from 1920s, 1930s, 1940s, or 1950s. Note: it's old and does show some damage. A few wear holes in the full size photo, how ever wouldn't be noticeable when bunched up and wearing.

naturedreams @emmeemmeemme hi! Can you please add a picture of the back of the scarf? Is it a different texture or damaged?...I can see some on the first picture and I can’t tell if it’s pulls on the fabric? I love the colors just not sure how much damage there is. Also do you know if the holes are from bugs (like moth larva) eating the silk or from wear/ old age? Is this 100% china silk or another kind of silk? Thank you and hope to hear from you soon:)

emmeemmeemme @naturedreams hi! I'll do my best to answer all your questions. I just posted new pics of the front and back in the same lighting so you can see (pretty much identical coloring). I asked my mom, and turns out she bought this scarf for me in Paris in 1996. Not sure how old it was then or what type of silk specofically. It does have a few small holes, probably from age because I don't have moths at my house but I really don't know how to tell. Hope that helps!!
