1980s. Drop dead gorgeous full bodied thick silk mid to high waist maxi skirt with thin nylon undercoat - note the subtle peekaboo lace trim. The burgundy rose taffeta silk has a black luster (signature to silk) as you move. Simply stunning. Pristine vintage condition Zip up back with clasp enclosure XS - approx 25" waist around (dress form is 27" and it fit very snug) 41.25" L **Vintage items are anywhere from twenty to sixty years old and may have some signs of wear that will be pictured**

valentinevtg @savsav0216 I'm 5'5 3/4 - not an xs - but i held this ro my waist as if I was wearing it very high waisted (barefoot) and it hits just above the ground, about 1/2 inch. So with flats it would give that ground sweep effect! To help - It is 41.25" in length of taffeta lushness! Thanks for asking :)
