Vintage Silk dress size XS

In excellent condition vintage silk dress size XS. Labeled a size 4 and seems to fit as such. Full skirt, blouson style top with bat-wing like sleeve. Bought this for myself but waist is too small. Has shoulder pads that are basted in and can be removed. No stains or damage. Has pockets! Dress is a little lighter and brighter turquoise blue than pictures. Length is 46”, chest is 18” across, waist is 13” across and no give to silk. Covershot is a FP dress with a similar cut to show fit.
