Vintage Silky Floral Tulips Butterfly Long Skirt

Tiptoe through the tulips in this breezy, feminine flower print vintage full skirt. Black background with green, red and white tulip print. Fabric not listed, feels like silk. Side zipper and hook. Lady-like midi length. Has a Neiman Marcus label but I’d say this was handmade by a professional seamstress, since it’s made very well and by hand. It is unlined, and would best fit a size 4, 6 or 8.
