Vintage Silky Pink & Black Check & Dot Secretary Dress Utah Celeb Tailor

This dress is very well made and so pretty. It is a silky fabric but I don't know if there is actual silk or a quality polyester. This was made especially for the owner. She had many outfits made for her by Utah Tailoring Mills. This dress is from the 80's give or take. The owner was a socialite and owned a horse-racing track as well as the first alcohol distributing company in the US after prohibition. The size is estimated to be about a medium but please go by the measurements as since it was custom or bespoke made there is no size tag. I have added two photos above that tell you a bit of the history of Utah Tailoring Mills. The dress is a wrap style and lined. Chest 38 to 44" as the fit is loose Waist 30-38" since it is elastic Hip is 44" max to keep the wrap style dress closed hips should be 44" or less Shoulder to shoulder 16 1/2". Shoulders are padded. Length 41 1/2" Belt is 40" total and fastens with velcro
