Hi! I just posted some more pics of the blouse. It is not new. Very vintage -1970s. It is in excellent condition having only been worn a few times as a costume piece. There are no rips, tears or fraying. The elastic around the waist is still good. The pictures don’t really convey how sparkly and shiny it is.
