Vintage Silver Star Orbs Jingly Anklet , Kigu Ltd. Is it Valyrian steel?

One-of-a-kind vintage 1960s KIGU Ltd. silver anklet of stars and orbs. 10" long, stamped "KL 1" with two small stars. S-hook clasp has three dangling orbs that jingle lightly when you walk. I'm not sure what sort of silver this is - maybe Valyrian steel? Though it doesn't shine like sterling, it also doesn't change colors or mark your skin. Kigu Ltd. were British manufacturers of jewelry, accessories and vanities. The pride of producing high quality wares is shown in the wide variety of styles and exquisitely ornamented luxury goods. HRH Prince Philip gifted Kigu brand powder compacts to HM Queen Elizabeth's bridesmaids. Given the age, this piece is in wonderful condition. One of the orbs has a dent in it that is visible in pix one and two. And, one of the orbs is a little roughly forged. This is also visible in pix one and two. I doubt these details matter much when wearing the piece, but wanted to point out the signs of the life it has lived. Ships with gift box.
