Vintage Silver and Onyx Panther Brooch

Cannot find the year this was made, assuming the 80s or 90’s, or the original manufacturer but several other listings went for between $100-$200 each! Original price is being assumed. It is tarnished a bit! It definitely can be cleaned up, however I cannot do it as I am actually allergic to silver and cannot touch it too much. It’s in great condition, just needs a good cleaning.
