Vintage Silver and Pearlescent Necklace

I got this necklace at a vintage shop in NYC about 10 years ago. I don’t know what the stones are. They flash pearlescent like mother of pearl. The metal is silver tone, but likely not real silver. Necklace hangs down 10”.
