Vintage Sir James Women’s Blouse Funnel Neck Tie Collar Victorian Ivory

Pre-loved but hardly worn and primarily just stored. Labels were removed so not certain of the material and size but this is a gorgeous lightweight with a silky feel. Light shoulder pads. Please see pictures for measurements.
