Vintage Size 8 skirt

This is a very cute striped vintage skirt. It is just slightly too snug for it to Button around my waist and I typically wear a size 6. It would definitely fit a 2 or 4. It is mostly dark green with bluish, turquoise and orange stripes. It has pockets! I wore it with this navy top. There are a few pulls in it.
