Vintage Skirt Blue Full Circle Size Small Wool Silver Hem Rideo Dancing. A very unique vintage find. Bright royal blue felt pattern with a wide 6.5” silver accent hem. There are a couple dark spots (along the waist) A couple of holes (moths) see pics It’s a medium nap felt. The hem silver trim is a collection of 14 rows of zig zag and straight ribbons. Measurements taken laying flat Waist 11.5” Length 25.5” Size 10 tag is sewn inside. It’s not a size 10. It’s small.
